THE EUROPEAN CONSTITUTION FOR BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

March 14^th and 15^th 2019., Neum, Bosnia and Herzegovina

 CALL FOR PAPERS

We invite domestic and international members of the scientific community and interested experts to submit scientific or professional papers (full article, abstract, poster, discussion paper) by May 15^th, 2019. Works should focus primarily on the following topics:

1.     Fundamental values, principles and concepts in the field of constitutional and legal theory, with emphasis on legal and political heritage and constitutionalism of the EU.

2.     Available and effective methods of harmonization of individual and group rights: how to protect and

equalize the rights of individuals and peoples in the EU?

(the issue of implementing ECHR decisions in EU Member States and/or of the Council of Europe, and in particular in multi-national states)

3.     How to move from Dayton to Brussels phase, ie. from post-conflict stabilization to full EU membership: how to simultaneously improve the democratic framework and strengthen BiH's stability?

Authors can submit the following types of papers:

- article (up to 15 pages, abstract, literature);

- abstract (1 page, keywords);

- poster (3-5 pages, graphic or textual presentation of selected topics);

- discussion (up to 2 pages of text on selected topic - for round table).
